I ordered the 3m waterproof UV-protecting Sail Sunshade on 8th June but have received nothing yet! I have paid £9.99 - this sum is recorded on my latest credit card statement. Several times I have clicked on 'Redeem Voucher' but simply get a green shaped diamond - no writing, nothing! Will you please sort this problem out for me so that I can receive the sun shade ASAP!
