Made reservations luxury king non smoking room paid $345.00 April 24 arrival date , they tried giving me a Smoking room bathroom had urine and *** drink marks all over layers of dust on furniture . I asked for my refund and I still have not received it since April 24, 2021 today June 16, 2021! $345.00 is a lot of money for *** *** room and service there!!! Terrible never will I stay there ever!!! I sent email I took a special trip back down there to resolve issue and still nothing!! User's recommendation: Better off staying at motel 6.
