Cashed in 401K with no penalty because I am over 59 1/2. John Hancock took out a $30 fee just to transfer the money and absolutely refuses to give a receipt. I feel the fee is excessive and refusing to give a receipt by them seems shady. I have no record of them withholding this money. User's recommendation: I will never do business with this company in the future and suggest the same to everyone.
