3 tickets to Paris

Hello everyone, same scenario.. bought three tickets to Paris back in December 2019 for travels in June 2020.. due to Covid.. flight canceled. I've been calling, emailing since then and when I'm lucky enough to have a response back is always the same excuse.. "we are processing your refund".. so far nothing. I did contact Corsair airlines and they informed me that my refund was sent to FlightNetwork already. I want to know if anyone is processing a class action lawsuit agains this company, Or guide me how to start one.. I'm tired of their disrespect as a customer and their disregard of this pandemic.
