Hi all I have bought a 3 seaters sofa and the length is longer than the height of the lift ..so I call hipvan regarding this issue...they told me is my fault for not checking the height of the lift and if cancel this order I have to pay a penalty of 18% of my purchase..this is a unforseen circumstances and they give me another option is to bring up the sofa by staircase which I m staying at 10flr with a fee of $90...this giving me no choice but to agreed rather than paying 18% fee for cancellation...but the delivery man brought up the sofa with defect...the bottom of the sofa was tear with a hole about 6 inch which I cannot accept so I rejected it and I told to paid the fee of $90 which the guys carried up the sofa .. everything seem to be my problem n fault and not hipvan problem...I m very disappointed
