I went to one AdvantageCare Physicians location for a same-day visit and was told that the doctor had called out for the day. Nobody had replaced that doctor and I was told to go to a different location 1 hour away. Once I arrived at that location, I spent 45min waiting for an NP (NPI: 168976****) to see me for less than 5min. Two medications were prescribed, but only one was sent to my pharmacist. All attempts to call the location were denied - I was told that the location was closed.
