2nd one gone bad

I haven't had a working entry for almost 2 yrs because my SECOND keyless/coded entry shut down. It happened before, they replaced it after some complaining and then this one shut down too. I've replaced the batteries multiple times thinking the batteries might be bad but still cannot get it to work. User's recommendation: Buy one that has great reviews.
