Charger showed the green light as soon as it was plugged in. Pressed pedal and wheels turned as if fully charged. All instructions said to charge for 18 hrs the first time and not to exceed 30 hrs. I charged for 6hrs, but didn't want to exceed the 30 hrs because I didn't know how long it was charged before it was packed up. Please advise if I should treat the carriage as if it is already fully charged. Your help will be very much appreciated.
