Back in the days the bank had customer service reps answering calls 24/7, after COVID the bank is currently closed for customer service as the 1 800 number has opening hours and we as clients have to wait till they open. They need to open The lines again. Hire people to work 24/7 around-the-clock. That means creating shifts more jobs for us. User's recommendation: This bank sucks.
