23 days and still no refund for an order they didnt have in the first place!!!

Just like the title; 23 days and still no refund for an order they didnt have in the first place!!! I ordered a thermostat online for 100 bucks, only to get an email days later stating that they didnt have the part and there was no timeframe as to when the part would arrive. So I called to cancel the order and was given a 3-4 days refund window. Now I've spoken 3 times to the chat help, with all of them promising 3-4 days and still nothing!! Mad as H$ll! Now I have to call my credit card to cancel WTF is wrong with SEARS?? They used to be the go to place for anything, now they are barely a third rate shop.. Never use Sears parts direct!
