my name is Michael canter along with 21 other people we dont have a driver weve been stuck in knoxville for over 5 hours now this is [censored] we need HELP ASAP this is taking place right nowplease send someone to Knoxville TN to help us were hot hungry someone has diabitis like weve tried calling customer care several times and they cant give us any information you can give us a call at [protected] please call us were stranded
