2021 Grand Cherokee Summit quality issue

The dye on the passenger seat is rubbing off (brand new car). (Dark Sienna brown seats). So far I had it re-dyed by a PermaCare contractor, but it still happens now in different areas. Is there a way to have the seat replaced. Is there a process for filing this as a quality issue or any other means?
