The sales staff in 2007 very pushy but I still bought it for $7,000 but very arrogant service department and got the install done by salespersons relative. The Seattle rep was upset that they were not installer. That was the secret part as they would not give an estimate without sales pressure. However, I got through for that time period. I did have to threaten them with BBB to get the installation instructions. Now my faucet is leaking but parts are hard go find. Pump kept breaking down. However I do like the tub and it still holds water but I am having a difficult time figuring out how to get a new part. Premier not easy to find and now I see out of business. Now I know I clearly have to look for a suitable alternative
