I did a test play for them in April, The clubs were supposed to have shaft length extended 1". Unfortunately I didn't check that out for several weeks when I was golfing with a friend that had a set of Taylor Made clubs that had 1" extended shafts. Every club in his bag was 3/4" longer than mine. I called customer service to get a refund and return the clubs. They talked me into a $200.00 refund if I would keep the clubs. That was in late April. My May credit card statement didn't show the refund either. I have Emailed and tried to call them. Haven't been able to get any response. To Say The Least I'm Pissed !!!
