I paid for 2 throne chairs 3 months ago. Throne chair factory did not send out anything to the customers who pre-ordered for the chairs. The site is no longer active, their Facebook page has not been updated since last year November, my emails to support are getting kicked back and there is no way to get a refund or contact the company regarding my purchase. User's recommendation: There is no way to purchase from this company because they have taken everything down.
