Contract numbers [protected] and 3663955 were purchased and paid the policies (> $3, 000 total) for both in 3 installments. I put in the first ever claim for my refrigerator icemaker and the claim was denied. My refrigerator was covered but the ice maker would require an additional $39.99 for a riders coverage. I refused the riders policy and requested my policy be cancel due to unsatisfactory services. Select representative attempted to persuade me from canceling, when I refused to further discuss the issue, I was informed that I would be charged a $75 cancelation fee. It is not fair for a company to deny the service that you purchase then charge you for not being satisfied. I have never received any services on this policy. September 6, 2021 when I initiated the claim, I informed the Select Representative that I never received my policies and he emailed them to me. No service has never been rendered under either policy and I want a total refund of my payment effective today 9/8/2021.
