2 different lifetime warranties that they would not honer
First tub installed in 2004, developed crack, in 2014. Found out that our original lifetime warranty expired in 2006! Ok had them replace the tub at our expense for a $1000.00, found a crack today and guess what we are not covered. The replacement in 2014 isnt covered because it replaced the 2004 one. Jesus they got you by the short hairs. User's recommendation: Do not use.
