Balance of 96.oo$, i need only pay my 32.00 monthly plan....why are you charging me this. I was prompted to do a reinstall by agent because she was having issues monitoring my activity...this is no fault of my own. Please readjust. I only have 1 device, ive only had 1 device and i should only be paying for monitoring for the one and only device.
