Emails for refunds go unanswered. £194.99 taken from my bank account now leaving me in financial hardship. I paid for a year subscription and then cancelled it before the next year was due. But they have taken another year subscription out again and the cost is more than the previous year. I need this money to live on after losing my job recently.
