I have 4 cars that i'm still paying off at this dealer ship. last year i got my first Chevy ever thanks to last years Nissan customers service from a sales Rep. Well yesterday my wife was stranded in the city of downy and called downy Nissan, Buena park Nissan and Puente hiss Nissan. to my surprise puent hills stated that they will give me a rental until my babie (2007NISSAN) was fixed. I walked in at 6pm and talked to DAVE. Dave stated that i will not have a free rental. They told my wife it would be $100 and that would go for the fix of the car. DAVE is a MANAGER. DAVE Has NO Customer Service Experience. No Manners. maybe because my dad and i look like 2 bums that have no money. But once he hared my dad and i speak (knowledge)about how rude it was for a manager to scream at there customers for asking if my car was brought in safe and asked for a rental. apparently Puente Hills Nissan do not have good communications with there employees. Everything that came out of DAVE"S mouth was wrong. And when we started to do paper work he was fixing other mistakes that they had done in privies times. NOT TO MY SURPRISE!!!! (they have to fix there issues or they will be continuing to loose more customers.) WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. ) "he did make it up by not charging me for the rental, but only $206.00 for an estimate'???????? WTF...... Good thing i record all my calls and i always make a statement that i'm also recording the calls. But what i'm scared for is for other customers that wont stand up for them self because its embarrassing or EX reason THIS DEALERSHIP SUCKS!!!!!!!
