The bottle had an extra cap inside the bottle. And this is the only water I drink I've tested it and it's 0 nothing in it best taste. But my main concern is that I have never seen it before and hoping no one did that on purpose and is poisoned or put covid 19 in it or some other poison. That would not be very good I would like this issue resolved. I think I should get my case replaced and then some this is not cool I buy 3 to 4 cases a week. Also this isn't good for the environment packaging it wrong. There is also the issue of what if I had handed the bottle to my kid and he swallowed the cap and choked to death on it that would be a huge lawsuit. I should blast this all over the media /Facebook, ¹the news and tell people not to buy but I'm holding off doing that.
