128 stick will not load

I ordered two 128 sticks. One loads as it should, the other will not but states there is a problem. I have scanned the faulty stick and been unable to find the "problem." Needless to say, I'm very disappointed with the quality and performance of your product. At this point I will not recommend The PhotoStick to my family and friends.
