12 weeks holding my benefits

I have been totally out of work for 2 months and have 2 and a half weeks from earlier this year. I've received no benefits as of yet. The lady on the unemployment line says she filed an adjudication. I haven't heard anything and I cant pay my bills or my rent. Is there anyway we can expedite this so I don't get evicted please respond
