there are a few minor hiccups I've experienced since receiving my HP laptop a few days ago. It's nothing I'd consider a major concern. Being it's refurbished, I'm absolutely ecstatic about my pc. I wanted a laptop for about 20yrs now, and glad I did wait to make the purchase because I wanted a laptop I could use for gaming. Other than needing a bigger HD, it over kills my need. Thank you for the wonderful work you do. Stay safe. User's recommendation: If you didn't pay full price, you can't ecpect a flawless product.
