I have been internee of Mobilink in 2015. Now I am an employee of Orascom and I am an Engineer. I really felt very ashamed to having problems like this. I am using postpaid number i.e [protected]. And my security limit is Rs 2500/-. On day 25th July, 2019 02:14PM my bill was 1934 and When I checked my bill on same day round about 08:00PM my bill was Rs 4622/-. I called 777 helpline and talked to Tanveer Ashraf. He involved me round about 30minutes through justifications and didn't give a satisfied reason. Then I requested him to transfer the call to supervisor. So I talked with Supervisor Aziz Khan and he told me that your net was expired so you charged against them. Now I have a question that My security limit is Rs 2500/- So How you people could charge me Rs 4622/- without any notification from Mobilink instead of that my security limit is 2500/- And If my MB's were expired then there should be a message from Mobilink that your MB's are finished. And you will be charged Rs 2/MB. Note: If any customer submit security so this means that if the amount will enhance or exceed from Rs 2500/- the services will be blocked. I really felt very to be ashamed that Mobilink are doing blunders like this with Customers. I will challenge this in consumer court if Mobilink will take no action against their staff and services then Thanks Umar Sadat Khan [protected] Islamabad
