Customers be aware I never got an 440 stainless from the is mostly made in China no US like they say and lot of stuff you really would use so do homework if want hd knifes that hold edge well and well weighted try Hoffman Richter all thy use is 440 stainless don't have huge selection but worth every penny thanks
