Hello Alliance United, I have called several times to follow up about my Claim #[protected] Last week on Sep 30th, April from Alliance called me requested to authorize the release of my Vehicle from the bodyshop All magic. I told her that I need to know how much the insurance will pay me for my car and she said that the case will transfer to total loss department and this department will Contact me. I have called several times at [protected] and [protected] Now I can't hold of Miguel Valenzuela or April. I'm in the loop now without car.
