Delivery UPS # 1ZX04A170340****60 delivered and signed for on 12/01/2018 at 1:08 pm. Lost in your warehouse, not delivered to Moscow, as it should have been. I have signed delivery note that the parcel was accepted by somebody in warehouse. Please contact me regarding my parcel. I try to get reasonable reply from you chat service already for 2 weeks now.
