For the 2nd month in a row, we have had to fight to get medication from Pharmacy Direct. No feedback from management, and still, a chronic critical medication has not been delivered. Stalevo is crucial for a patient with Parkinson's disease. Emails sent on the 13th of September 2021 have not been responded to by management. 13th September, 7 phone calls to your call centre, and was told they would get back to me after speaking to Jacqueline. 15th of September, I was told by Jacquline we would get an ETA on the Stavelo medication. We are still waiting on this ETA. 21st of September, we are still waiting.
