The Chicago office of Dental Works abruptly closed without providing me with my last two Invisalign aligners. I paid $6,200 in full for Invisalign from this office and they are keeping my aligners jeopardizing my treatment in the guise of the pandemic. The fact that this office did not even try to provide continuity of care to its patients who don’t even require an in person visit is unacceptable. I’m requesting that someone contact this office and tell them to reach to to me as an Invisalign patient and mail me my aligners or arrange for them to be picked up. I am not requesting an examination, simply a phone call to answer questions and make arrangements for me to get the Invisalign aligners that I paid for. User's recommendation: Don’t use this franchise. If something goes wrong, it seems they can just disappear with the products you paid for.
