Checking on a refund

Still no refund Still very disappointed Not sure what to do. My advise is Do not fly Copa It appears that they do no want to refund your money for your ticket EVEN when THEY change your flight . User's recommendation: Don’t fly Copa if there’s any chance you might need a refund.
