I purchased a *** shampoo chair and want to return it but they charge you you to do so even when equipment is non functional. This is their way of making extra money on crap they sale. Several things includeding chairs that fell apart within a year or more and they had to send parts. I could go on about this company but now I need to find equipment for my barbershop that’s works and is not just crap they sale. Also their so-called manager Ricky doesn’t give a crap and the service guy is a smart {{Redacted}}. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!!
