I was lured into utilizing Express-Scripts through BCBSM. Im assuming there is a financial relationship between the two; ES possibly acting as an agent for BCBSM or the other way around. ES received order from my provider 2 weeks ago, charges my credit card, refuses to tell me when they will ship my meds, and tells me and my local pharmacist it is too late to cancel my prescription. My local pharmacist was attempting to help me out because I am out of my meds. Customer service will not relinquish any details to me and when my pharmacist calls he is transferred to different departments. They are holding my prescription hostage. Will be making complaint to the State Board of Pharmacy in Michigan. I encourage you to do the same in Michigan.
