Charges on my card

You have charged my card 2 months in a row for $57.00 each time that I didn't authorize or receive any product from you. I tried calling but "no one is available to take my call?????? I would like a refund. Wayne E. Ewing, 719-775-9000, b*****@qwestoffice.net
