Charger for 18v one kip+ batteries

I have tried creating an online account, never receives the email with the link to activate. So just going to say it here. The 30 minute chargers for their 18 volt one + batteties are almost worthless. They last about 3 months with only light to moderate use. Once these tools die on me, will switch to a line that I can trust the chargers and batteries.
