Charged for an order not rec’d

As it turns out, 21/2 yrs it turns out to be the fault of HSN shipping department. Item sent to an old address. Harrassed, over a purchased mot received. After removing the charge they rebilled me because UPS stated the package was delivered. Only it was delivered to an old address not my new address which they had been given! Hot Jamn! Oh I'm pissed for real!
