charged 89.95 for 4.95 order

I tried to order the 4.95 free sample of the product, they charged me 89.95. I called immediately to get my money returned to my account they said they would return it but asked if I wanted to get the 4.95 free trial, I said yes, they charged me for that and still have not returned my 89.95. DO NOT ORDER SENSA, BUYER BEWARE
