client number - order id vee45rtf was talked into buying this mac cleaner as was told my computer was infected with all sorts of virus etc. they worked on it for about 25 hours by remote control it is now a complete mess does not operate properly at all asked for a refund but of course have heard nothing this about a month now. could you please help.
