I ordered a product from this co. including the S&H for Fed Ex 2 day delivery. They sent me an invoice, but never sent shipping confirmation or tracking information. I have tried repeatedly to reach them by email and multiple calls to the 800 number, which has a recording saying they're 'transitioning to a new facility' but will be back Monday (today 10/17/07). They never answer the phone or emails. They were extremely quick to charge my Visa, but 9 days later, I still have no product, nor am I able to contact the company. I notice that one person already filed a report about them in 8/07, saying they are a scam. I fully agree.
