I was told I had no membership when I tried to skip the month on the 5th, speaking with a chat agent. So i did get charged. And I would gladly appreciate it if I could have a refund of my 49.99 and skip the month, I need to pay my phone bill I can't afford it this month my hours were cut at my job. I feel like it was wrong for them to tell me I had no membership when I know I do and then keep telling me I will not be charged and then I did. I can provide bank statements as well. Please help me thank you.
