Chair that does not work

My power recliner has not operated since May(at least) of 2000. I have tried repeatedly to get it fixed with phone calls to the dealer I bought it from and FlexSteel headquarters with the same sad story, the COVID has delayed everything. I just quite simply want my chair to work. User's recommendation: If you can find another company to buy a power recliner from, do it.
