*** poor employees at the company. The store in Richmond,Kentucky is Way! Under manned and patheticly managed. It's a joke running a building that big with 2 people yes for God sake 2 people. GET SOME *** HELP! GET A NEW MANAGER THAT KNOWS HIS EQUIPMENT AND HOW TO RESPECT AND APPRECIATE! The customer. The store in Richmond,Kentucky had slowly over the past few years gotten worse and to be honest it has become a *** JOKE..!!!!!!PATHETIC!!!
