Catalog scam

I want to complain about one feature the catalog has, when you buy something but it gets removed my Robux went poof. I do not like my Robux, which is my real money to go to waste. It is not fair as it is a scam, and lots of little kids play this, some not as rich as the others so it would be a waste of their money. Please solve this because its honestly something that should have never occurred.
