Cashier refused to use my coupons and even took my coupons off my digital clipped ones from the app.

This happened on 9/5/2021 at the family dollar located at 13559 Old Hammond Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70816. I was trying to purchase some tide pods and some bounce dryer sheets with a $3 off the tide pods, which I used the barcode checker, they qualified and then the 34 count bounce dryer sheets with a printed coupon for a $1 off. The cashier lady scanned my family dollar coupon clippings code and it removed $3 from the purchase but then she voided the coupon and added the other coupon for the bounce dryer sheets. Then when I pointed it out she said no it's on there. I showed her on the small screen where it had been taken off and she took the small screen that showed me my transactions away and refused to acknowledge that the coupon was not on. She was rude and didn't even bother to try to add it. I would like to get at least my $3 for my coupon back but would prefer that my items be refunded that I purchased due to the rudeness and complete disregard for me pointing out that she was wrong. She stood behind the counter with her arms crossed picking at her nails and smacking her lips together the entire time.
