Defective

Hello! I wanted to be interested. I picked up the phone in early January. But on the second day the sound disappeared. Lab said nothing crazy, then after a week again.. Take it for a warranty. Kip as I understood the whole board for the phone was replaced. I got my phone back on Friday. Now the sound disappeared again. Can I return the phone and pick it up at another location? Or give up everything at all?
