Cash counter of service centre is demanding more money than the bill

I am having Honda hornet 160r, today I went to the service center for service of my bike, the cash counter and the other service manager is demanding more money than my bill amount. If I am purchasing a coupon then they are making a different rate of the service, either they are making a different charge. The service center is Bokaro Steel City sector 4
