Cargo Service in DFW airport

The staff was very rude, and very unprofessional. Was expecting an international cargo and they did not notify me about the arrival of the cargo. Had to call the originating country to get the information about the cargo. When I arrived at their office in Dallas DFW Airport to claim the cargo, they were charging me for storage claiming to have sent me an email notification, even though I didn't receive any email. When asked to verify the email of record, they couldn't verify they had the right email. They insisted that it wasn't their responsibility to call, even though they had the right phone number. When asked to produce the bill of contract to show where it stipulates email notification is the only way to notify the customer, they couldn't do that. The manager was also very rude and was not of help. They had very bad customer service.
