Carcover.com awful customer service – out 150% of purchase price!

Bought a car cover for my BMW. I wanted a thick car cover and bought the one they said was 5 layers and the max thickness. When I got it, it was very thin. Called them to return. They will not talk to you, they just say in a recorded message to email them and then they hang up. emailed them and they said we had to ship this to them (they are in Canada, not the US) at our cost which was $63! Rather than eat the cost, we did this. We gave them the tracking number and heard nothing. A month later, the USPS delivers it back to us and says that it was returned "unclaimed". USPS records said they tried to deliver and notified the addressee, due to no response they sent it back to me. CAlled Carcover.com, spent 20 minutes on hold, no one answered and then finally I got a voicemail response, then a hang up. Now out the cost of the cover, plus the postage. Do not buy from them!
