FREDdy FLORES is not a competent claims adjuster. I THINK THEY ARE TRAINED TO DELAY RATHER THAN SATISFY A CLAIM AND RETAIN CUSTOMER. IF YOU SUE ITS DEFINITEDLY GOING TO BE FOREVER AND EXPENSIVE . WORST INSURANCE COMPANY
