Car cancellation due to Covid-19/No refunds

Update by user Apr 16, 2020 As of April 16th, I still haven't hear a peep from Hot Wire. I did contact American Express & they are handling the situation. Original review posted by user Mar 17, 2020 I haven't been able to call Hotwire customer service to cancel my car reservation. They are not taking calls. WTF. I have paid $410 for a car I am not able to use. What a rip-off. Do not use this service. My friends and I were flying into Nashville, but have cancelled our travel plans due to Covid-19 and now I have been trying to cancel my reservation, but am unable to. I will never use Hotwire again. Buyer Beware. Sounded like a good deal, but is not. User's recommendation: Do not use Hotwire. You can't cancel and get your hard-earned money refunded.
